Sometimes writings do not seem to exactly fit into issues and essays. Sometimes they come about as a response or a reflection. Sometimes they are important enough to stand alone. Sometimes they are important though they are a whim. Prior Thoughts is a section for thinking about things that were not an original part of the Issues and Essays but remain important enough to keep available.
