If Mr. Arafat is directly responsible for ordering terrorist bombing, then it is time to arrest and try him in an international court of law. If he is not, then it makes absolutely no sense to attack his compound with tanks every time there is a terrorist bombing. To first attack and destroy a police force with a military assault and then to ask that same police force to defend the peace is absolutely crazy. It only takes the adolescent mind of a high school student to make and set off a terrorist bomb. It takes cohesive intelligence and dedication to understand and prevent the concept of terror.

The question is simple. Which does Israel and my President want, the total military destruction of the Palestinians political and police system, or Palestinian political and police control over terror cell attacks? The only way to stop the insanity taking place between the Israeli and the Palestine is to build and operate on the concept of honor and trust.
